Veteran’s Day is observed annually on November 11 in honor of all military veterans, both past and present. Previously observed as Armistice Day, Veteran’s Day marks the end of WWI after the Armistice with Germany became effective on November 11, 1918, the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. Ninety seven years later, November 11th is still a momentous holiday on which we remember those who have served and thank the men and women who continue to fight for our freedoms.

Boulder Crest Retreat for Military & Veteran Wellness celebrates our nation’s heroes 365 days a year and November 11, 2015 is no different. Fox News interviewed Founder, Ken Falke, and other Boulder Crest Retreat staff for an article which was published on Veteran’s Day 2015. The article, US veterans find combat-related stress relief in holistic-medicine retreat, portrays one of the many moving stories of a Veteran who was forever changed after staying at the retreat and experiencing healing through the Warrior PATHH program (Progressive and Alternative Therapies for Healing Heroes).  Click here to read how the Warrior PATHH program continues to edify veterans and uphold the Boulder Crest Retreat mantra of Healing Heroes. One Family at a Time.
