Recognizing Veterans Within the VMSI Family

VMSI salutes our Veterans, and their families, for their dedication and service to this country.

On the eve of Veterans Day, a day when we join together to remember and thank those who have served, and who continue to serve in the military, VMSI wishes to extend our gratitude to, not only the Veteran community at large, but to also personally thank those Veterans among the VMSI family for their unwavering service to our great country. Whether active in a time of war, or serving during peace time, our Veterans selflessly give of themselves and answer the call to duty.

As a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, founded and led by an honorably discharged US Marine, Shane A. Moore, VMSI knows and appreciates that our Veterans perform an essential and unique role not only in the civilian workplace, but also in the communities where they live. Nearly all of VMSI’s employees have either served in the military, have a spouse, child, or loved one who has served, or knows someone that has volunteered for military service. VMSI would like to publically acknowledge the personal sacrifices and contributions of some of our Veteran employees for their dedication to keeping us safe:

Merenica Banks, US Army

Lucia Brightwell, US Navy

Fernando Buchler, US Navy

Mark Chranowski, US Air Force

Scott DeLoera, US Air Force

Scott Gebhardt, US Air Force

Lacy Hogan, US Air Force

Ken Konkol, US Air Force

Although the individual service member demonstrates extraordinary bravery, sacrifice and spirit often unmatched by others, VMSI also recognizes that our military community includes parents, spouses, significant others and children who support the service member during his or her service. To this extended family, we also appreciate and thank you for standing beside your Veteran.

Quite simply, and with great sincerity, we Salute You!
