Veteran’s Management Services Inc. (VMSI), an industry leader in providing management consulting services to the Federal Government, today announced that the company earned ISO 9001:2015 certification for their Quality Management System (QMS).
ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized quality management standard developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This standard provides a model for building an effective quality management system to ensure that all services provided are governed by quality principles.
ISO 9001:2015 is built on various quality management principles including a strong focus on customer satisfaction, an involvement of high-level organizational management oversight, a process-driven approach, and a commitment to ongoing process improvement. Using a certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS helps ensure that customers receive consistent, high-quality products and services.
Paige Meade, VP of Corporate Growth, played a pivotal role in achieving this certification and will serve as VMSI’s Quality Management Representative responsible for QMS conformance.
