Lexi Miller joined the VMSI team in August of 2023. As an Administrative Assistant, Lexi provides support across a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities within the VMSI office. With valuable experience gained from various professional settings, including a government contracting office, a doctor’s office, and the food and beverage industry, she brings with her outstanding communication and organizational skills, along with a keen eye for detail.

Jasmine joined VMSI in August 2023. Jasmine recently obtained her Associates of Applied Science in Cybersecurity and comes with over 8 years of experience in the recruiting field which includes a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Jasmine's journey in recruiting has been nothing short of remarkable. Her specialization spans across diverse industries, including government contracting, corporate, healthcare, and IT services. She understands the unique demands of each sector and thrives in matching top-tier candidates to the specific needs of the client(s).

Nadia joined VMSI in August 2023. As Human Resources Manager, Nadia partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, retention, and succession planning. A graduate of bachelor’s degree of Science with concentration in Human Resources Management from George Mason University’s School of Business, Nadia is well versed in a wide array of HR and employment law topics and can implement regulations and company policies effectively.

Additionally, Michelle works as a Technologist, utilizing her skills and love of technology, to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy Contracting Professional School (VAAA-CPS).

Harley joined the VMSI team in 2022 with a little over 10 years of administrative and operational experience, ranging from professional services administration and management to telecommunications to financial management support for companies on the east coast. Ken Konkol joined the VMSI Team in 2011 as the Vice President overseeing operations and delivery, and has since been promoted to CEO. As CEO, Ken is responsible for setting and overseeing VMSI’s strategic direction, establishing corporate policies and procedures, managing the overall business and financial performance of the company, and to ensure our mission, “To be the BEST DECISION our Clients make”, is unequivocally achieved. He has over 25 years of leadership and management consulting experience.
Shane A. MooreFounder & Chairman
AKA: “Hurricane Shane”
Shane Moore, a service-disabled Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps served 4 years and was honorably-medically discharged as a Corporal. Shane studied at and received an Interdisciplinary double major bachelor’s degree in Management & Human Resources from George Mason University and ultimately continued on to advanced studies at the University of Virginia in Human Resources.
